RT-PCR negative report made mandatory for APSC exams and interviews

APSC

Assam Public Service Commission has published a notification that the candidates appearing in its examinations and interviews will now be required to bring an RT-PCR negative report along with them. The RT-PCR test must be done within 3 days before the dates decided for the deferred examination and interviews. Candidates failing to comply shall not be allowed entry for the examinations/interviews, it added. The decision was taken due to the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic in the state.

The notification further stated that candidates must wear face masks/face shields/hand gloves. They must also maintain social distancing within the premises (6ft. distance). The exam dates are not released yet, but they will be released soon on the official website of the APSC.
