Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) has decided to run two special trains between New Delhi and Silchar, and between New Delhi and Guwahati. Through a press release, the NFR announced that the trains will be operating from this month till further advice.
Press release issued by CPRO Shubham Chanda stated that “the details of stoppages and timings of the trains are available in Railway’s webpage and also being notified in various newspapers and social media platforms of N.F. Railway. Passengers are requested to see these details before undertaking their journey”.
The weekly New Delhi Silchar Express Special will start its service from the 22nd of July. The New Delhi Guwahati Express Superfast Special will be operational from the 25th of July and will run bi-weekly.
