Assam Police is actively busting drug rackets in several parts. An EGPD team from Basistha Police Station raided a hideout at Ghoramara and arrested 3 persons for drug trafficking. A total of 6 gms of heroin, 49 vials, 2 motorcycles, and 3 mobile phones were recovered from their possession. Legal action has been initiated by the state against the arrested.
