Petrol Price in Assam Crosses Rs. 90, Affects Commuters

Petrol price in Assam on Thursday has crossed Rs. 90 per liter. In Guwahati city, the petrol price is Rs. 90.55 per liter.

Riverine island Majuli has recorded the steepest hike in petrol price with Rs. 91.69 per liter.

The rapidly increasing fuel price in Guwahati, as well as in other districts, has created a tense situation among the daily commuters.

With the increase in the price of petrol, there is a colossal chance of an increase in cab fares and other commercial vehicles.
