Tech News: HMD Global on August 25 in a virtual press briefing, announced the launching of four new mobile phones in India. The lineup includes two smartphones and two feature phones. The variants are Nokia 5.3, Nokia C3 smartphones, Nokia 150, and Nokia 125.
The feature will go on sale from August 25 while the smartphones will be available in September. HMD Global announced.
Nokia 5.3 will be in two variants, 4 GB RAM and 6 GB RAM. The 4 GB RAM smartphone has 64 GB storage and the price is Rs 13,999. The 6 GB RAM smartphone also has 64 GB storage and the price is Rs 15,499. The smartphones will be available in Cyan, Sand, and Charcoal color variants.
Pre-booking of Nokia 5.3 will start on Amazon and Nokia.com from 25 August. Also, it will be available for purchase from September 1.
The Nokia C3 comes in two RAM and storage variants. The 2 GB RAM has 16 GB storage and the price is Rs 7,499. The 3 GB RAM has 32 GB storage and is priced at Rs 8,999. The smartphone comes in Sand and Charcoal color variants. Pre-booking of Nokia C3 will start from September 1 and purchase will start from September 17.
The manufacturing of Nokia C3 is done in India. The smartphone comes with a 1-year replacement guarantee.
Pricing of Nokia 150 and 125 are ₹2,299 and ₹1,999 respectively. Both feature phones are available from August 25.
The Nokia 150, has a 2.4-inch QVGA display, and dual SIM support. It also has a VGA camera, removable 1,200mAh battery, and microSD card 32GB support. Nokia 125 comes with 4MB RAM and ROM, the same display, and battery. It, however, doesn’t offer the media features like the Nokia 150.
