Passengers on Indian Railways can now use WhatsApp to view real-time train schedule information and their PNR status. The new feature was created by Railofy, a Mumbai-based startup. Thanks to this feature, IRCTC clients may conveniently track their travel on WhatsApp. They can use this tool to track train status and other travel-related information without having to download any additional programmes.
Passengers on Indian railroads can use the WhatsApp chatbot to acquire PNR status, live train status, information on previous and forthcoming stops, and other train journey information.
All of the information is available by simply entering the 10-digit PNR number into the WhatsApp chatbot. IRCTC clients can also phone the 139-number railway helpdesk for real-time train status.

IRCTC passengers can also order food while on the train. Using the IRCTC app Zoop, passengers can purchase meals online and have them delivered right to their seats.
