Assam schools performed well in the ICSE (Class 10) Boards Results, 2022, which were released on Sunday evening.
Assam Valley School, Tezpur, candidates passed the examination with flying colours, with an average score of 89.52 percent. Isha Sovasaria, who received 99.20 percent aggregate marks, was the school’s top performer out of 104 students. she scored 100 marks in Geography, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, and Computer Applications.
“We all are delighted with the results of our children. The hard work put in by the staff members has yielded rich dividends.” said school headmaster Amit Jugran. Isha expressed her gratification with her own performance and credited her parents, teachers, and friends. In ISC (class XI), she decided to study science with computer science as the main subject.
Sanskriti The Gurukul, a prestigious city school, achieved a school average of 92.15 percent. Out of the 55 students who appeared from the school, 17 received 95 percent or higher, while the remaining 23 received 90 to 94.8 percent aggregate marks.
